AV library. Videos are listed by subject matter and by sub-topic, when appropriate. All of our videos are available for loan to any small business in the state of Idaho.

AV Library Lending Policies

We have made every effort to ensure that the materials available through our program provide accurate information for your training programs. However, our videos may be accurate and reflect current federal requirements at the time of purchase, but these requirements are subject to change. While we try to keep up with these changes and evaluate our resources accordingly, there are too many videos for us to continually review. The user assumes the responsibility of previewing the videos before showing and using them with a knowledgeable instructor. Should you find videos that have significant errors, please make us aware of them and we will take appropriate action.

As we progress through 2004, we will start including an evaluation with the videos you borrow. We want to know if the materials we stock meet your needs, are of appropriate quality, or are still accurate. As the individuals working in these industries, you are our best source of feedback. With your help, we can continue to provide a quality service for Idaho’s small business community.

We appreciate the opportunity to support your safety and health efforts and look forward to your feedback on our continuing efforts.

NOTE:  Effective January 1, 2004 we will begin charging a late fee for videos returned seven days past the due date.  This grace period will remain in place to cover such things as late mailings, weekends, holidays and other delays.  The new late charge will be $5.00 per video after seven days, then 50 cents for each additional workday overdue. No other charges will be added to the program, so those who use the program appropriately and return videos on time should see no changes.
