Ryan Kuehmichel, Program Manager
Ryan joined the consultation program in July 2003, but
he is no stranger to OSHA and safety and health programs. Ryan
retired from the OSHA area office as its director after 30 years of
service to the agency. His expertise in program management and
compliance issues is an invaluable asset to the consultation program. |

Jeff Thompson, Consultant
Jeff brings 10 years of experience in a variety of
industries, including railroad, food inspection, and food production.
Jeff received his BS in Environmental Health from BSU in 1994 and has been
with the consultation program since 1999. Jeff appreciates the opportunity
to assist
small businesses in meeting their OSHA compliance obligations. |

Kent Muhlestein, Consultant
Kent Muhlestein received a BS in Industrial
Hygiene from Utah State University and then completed a second BS in
Environmental Biology for his "fun" degree. While in college,
Kent changed majors several times before he discovered chemistry and
became enthralled with chemicals and their toxic effects. He spent 2 years
working in the Safety Department for Micron Technology Inc. in Boise
Idaho, and has been a part of the OSHA consultation team since 2002. |

Richard Roblee, Consultant
Richard comes to the Consultation Program with over
twenty years of experience in both Safety and Industrial Hygiene. He has a
very broad safety and health background and has worked in most types of
industries. He has been a Certified Industrial Hygienist since 1988. |

Matt Wattles,
Consultant
Matt received his bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State
University and then completed a master’s degree from Boise State
University. Matt served as the Safety Officer for Easter Seals
/ Goodwill Industries Northern Rocky Mountains before coming to
the Consultation Program in 2004. |
