Wanda will decide the community organizations at large. Motion 1 passed unanimously. Motion 2 was to determine how the students at-large and the ASBSU appointee will be nominated. The Advisory Board and ASBSU will nominate students and then the student will be asked to write a paragraph on why they want to be a board member, meet with the Chair of the Advisory Board (currently Lisa Bostaph), and explain how they understand the Board’s mission. Motion 2 passed unanimously. NEXT MEETING The next ACE meeting will be in August/September 2007 unless a special meeting is called during the summer session. |
