BSU CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION POLICY UPDATE:
Clarkson circulated the latest version of the proposed CEC policy for BSU. Some of our suggestions were incorporated, but some were not. The policy still favors workers coming in from outside BSU, which the ACE Senate has a strong issue with. The ACE Senate takes exception to budget being a determining factor when hiring – it should be based on what is equitable. Clarkson and Charlton will write up our changes/suggestions and get them to Jane Buser in HR.
