features 8 animated re-enactments of actual fatal accidents investigated by
OSHA. The fatal accidents and subsequent hazard abatement recommendations
are descriptions of what actually happened at the time the accidents
occurred. The scenes include crane hazards, confined space hazards, fall
hazards, electrical hazards, and improper use of equipment. The video is a
hazard awareness video and as such is not all-inclusive. It is advisory in
nature, informational in content and is intended to assist employers in
